Shipping policy
SHIPPING ADDRESSES are essential to the smooth and timely delivery of your package. Be sure to enter your complete delivery address at checkout, i.e. full name, apt/suite, company name, etc. and double check before moving on. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages due to customer error.
SHIPPING COSTS are calculated at checkout and are due at the time of purchase. The exact shipping rate is determined by weight, location and courier. For your convenience, we offer multiple shipping options.
FREE SHIPPING is based on the subtotal, after all discounts and before taxes have been applied. No promo code necessary. See chart below for details.

LOCAL DELIVERY is available to McDonough and Atlanta, GA only.
To have your order fulfilled via local delivery, it must meet the following criteria:
Local delivery to McDonough:
- Select local delivery to McDonough at checkout
- $50 order minimum, after discounts + before tax
- Delivery address in McDonough within 10 mi. radius of 100 Postmaster Drive McDonough, GA 30253
Local delivery to Atlanta:
- Select local delivery to Atlanta at checkout
- $40 order minimum, after discounts + before tax
- Delivery address in Atlanta within 10 mi. radius of 575 Pharr Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30355
LOCAL PICKUP is available in Atlanta, GA only.
To have your order fulfilled via local pick-up, it must meet the following criteria:
Local pick-up in Atlanta:
- Select local pick-up in Atlanta at checkout
- $25 order minimum, after discounts + before tax
- Pick up at 575 Pharr Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30355
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up, usually within 48 hrs following order confirmation. Orders not picked up within 7 business days of order availability are automatically cancelled. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, less an automatic 5% restocking fee.
