Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal and buy now, pay later alternatives, AfterPay and Klarna.

Q: What is AfterPay? Klarna?
A:
AfterPay and Klarna are third-party companies that we have elected to partner with to offer buy now, pay later alternatives to our customers. If eligible, you will be able to split your order of $35+ into 4 bi-weekly, interest free installments. 


Payments are equal with the first payment being due immediately at checkout and the last payment reflecting the cent difference, if any. Please note that eGift Cards cannot be purchased using either of these methods. Must be 18+ years of age. AfterPay available to US residents only. Q: Why was I not approved for AfterPay or Klarna?
A: If you are interested in learning the reason(s) behind your denial you will have to reach out to the respective company directly.

Q: Do you offer Gift Cards?
A:
We offer eGift cards in 6 amounts ranging from $15-$100. Gift cards expire 5 years after issuance or 365 days after inactivity, whichever occurs first. All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Please note that you cannot purchase eGift cards using AfterPay or Klarna. 

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:
 Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, and an additional 24 hrs. after that for your tracking number to begin showing tracking updates. 


Q: How do I track my order?
A: To track your order you will need the order # and email address associated with the purchase, or the tracking #. Click here for your order status.

Q: How do I review my purchase?
A:
To review a product, first use the navigation menu to find the product, then scroll down to the 'Customer Reviews' section and click the "Leave us a review" link. Follow these steps for each product you would like to review.

Q: How do I create/access my account?
A:
To create an account, click here and select "Create account." To access your account, follow the link and enter your login credentials.

Q: How do I reset my account password?
A:
To reset your account password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page. 

Q: How much is shipping?
A:
The cost of shipping is dependent on a variety of factors such as: shipping destination, parcel weight and courier of choice. For your convenience, we offer multiple different shipping options. We also offer free shipping on orders that meet the required minimum total. Q: Am I responsible for Import fees & Tariffs?
A: We do not collect import fees or duty taxes at the time of purchase. All fees of this nature associated with international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are under no circumstance eligible for payment or reimbursement by Tawny Beauty.

Q: Do you offer Returns & Exchanges?
A:
Due to the nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the unlikely event of defect or damage on part of Tawny Beauty. All eGift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Click here to view our 'Return Policy.'

Q: What happens if my order is Damaged/Defective?
A: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective on part of Tawny Beauty, please reach out to us immediately within 48 hrs. of receipt. We will need photos and an order # to effectively process your damaged/defective item(s) exchange request. 

If your package is damaged or defective on part of the courier or other third party we will assist you but may be limited in what we can do to rectify the issue. Contact us at support@tawnybeauty.com.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: In the event that you purchase the wrong item(s) you have a 12 hr. grace period to cancel your order and re-purchase. 

Should you wish to cancel your order altogether this 12 hr. grace period also applies. After this period has lapsed the return policy will go into effect.

Q: What should I do if I'm missing items from my order?
A:
We undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure that your order is complete, packed properly, and released to the courier intact for delivery. In the event that a part of your order is missing, we ask that you follow the steps below:


1. Verify that the package has not been opened or tampered with.
2. If it has, contact the courier immediately.
3. Verify that the item(s) were purchased and not listed as pre-order. Next, verify that the item(s) is listed in your shipping confirmation email and that there is no additional order information pertaining to the delivery of other item(s).
4. If you've reached this step, contact us at support@tawnybeauty.com for further assistance.

Q: When will I receive my Pre-Order Items?
A:
All items listed as 'Pre-Order' will have an estimated ship date in the item description. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order after that date.

Q: Why Tawny Beauty?
A:
Tawny Beauty is a makeup brand that aims to celebrate and uplift. At our core we are a beauty brand not only built by a black-woman, but one that truly encourages and loves everything about black and brown women. 


While we especially aim to uplift our black and brown women, make no mistake, we celebrate and are for all and want that to be fully understood in everything that we do. It doesn't matter what you look like or how you identify, the word Tawny is a symbol of the more and the uniqueness that lives within us all. 

Our product selections include: paraben free, gluten free, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free makeup primarily made and developed in the USA.
