PLACING AN ORDER

FAQs on payment and placing your TawnyBeauty.com order.

Most orders are processed and shipped out 1-3 business days following purchase. Please allow up to 48 hrs following shipment for the tracking number to begin showing tracking updates.

Pick-up orders are typically made available 48 hrs following order confirmation.

Local delivery orders are typically delivered 2-4 days following order confirmation.

There is a 6-hour grace period from the time of purchase to change or cancel all orders, excluding e-gift cards.

To cancel, contact support@tawnybeauty.com within 6 hours of order confirmation. To make changes, contact us to cancel the existing order within the 6-hour grace period and re-order.

After this time expires all orders are final and the standard return policy will go into effect. Should your order confirmation email be delayed for any reason, still reach out to us within 6 hours of confirming your order for assistance with changes and cancellations.

All items listed as 'Pre-Order' will have an estimated ship date in the description. Note that this is an estimated date and can be impacted by factors beyond our control. Please allow up to 3 business days following this date for an order update.

Note: Pre-Order items become final sale after the 6-hour order modification period expires. No adjustments including order cancellation can be made after this time.

We undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure that your order is complete, packed properly and released to the courier intact for delivery. In the event that a part of your order is missing, follow the steps below:

1. Verify that the package has not been opened or tampered with.

2. If it has, contact the courier immediately.

3. Verify that the item(s) were purchased by checking your order confirmation email. Also verify that there was no additional information sent pertaining to the delivery of said missing item(s).

4. If you've reached this step, contact us at support@tawnybeauty.com for further assistance.

ORDER PAYMENT

FAQs related to order payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ApplePay, PayPal and buy now, pay later alternative, AfterPay.

AfterPay is a third-party company we've partnered with to provide you a buy now, pay later alternative. If eligible, you will be able to split your order of $35+ into 4 bi-weekly, interest free installments. Payments are equal with the first or last payment reflecting the cent difference, if any.

Note: Pre-order items, eGift cards, and product subscriptions cannot be purchased using AfterPay. Must be 18+ years of age to qualify. Available to US residents only. Visit AfterPay.com/how-it-works to learn more.

We offer eGift cards in 6 amounts ranging from 15 to 100 USD. Gift cards expire 5 years after issuance or 365 consecutive days of inactivity, whichever occurs first.

Note: All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. You may not purchase an eGift card using AfterPay.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

FAQS related to our product subscription service.

We offer auto-renewable, bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions on a curated selection of products. Bi-weekly subscribers enjoy 25% off the full product price, while monthly subscribers receive 15% off.

To get started, visit the product page to check if subscriptions are available for that particular product. Select the desired delivery/billing frequency and proceed to checkout as usual.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ApplePay, and PayPal for subscription orders. You may not use AfterPay, Klarna, or TB eGift cards on orders containing a product subscription.

Initial subscription orders are subject to the same delivery times as regular, one-time purchases.

Subsequent orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hrs of your payment being successfully processed.

After your order has shipped, please allow an additional 24-48 hrs for your tracking number to begin showing tracking updates.

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management link sent in your order confirmation.

The last day to modify your subscription without penalty is 5 days before the next payment date. For example, if your subscription renews on the 15th of each month and you wish to pause, skip or cancel your upcoming delivery - you must opt to do so by 11:59pm ET on the 10th of the month. The same 5-day period also applies to modifications of bi-weekly subscriptions.

Any attempt to pause, skip or cancel your subscription after the last day to do so for your upcoming delivery will not effect that delivery, but the one immediately following it.

Subscription orders are subject to the standard Return Policy.

SHIPPING & ORDER PICK-UP

Shipping, delivery, and order pick-up. We ship worldwide.

The shipping cost is dependent on a variety of factors, such as: destination, parcel weight, courier, etc.

For your convenience, we offer multiple shipping options utilizing live rates to ensure you the best possible rate each time.

We also offer free shipping on orders that meet the required minimum. For more, click to view our Shipping Policy.

Pick-up is available in Atlanta, GA. To have your order fulfilled this way you will need to select pick-up at checkout.

If you do not see this as an option, it is not available for some or all of the items in your cart and you will need to select a shipping option.

Local delivery is available for qualified orders being delivered to McDonough or Atlanta, GA only. Click for more details.

To track your order you will need the tracking number associated with the purchase.

Note: You cannot track pick-up orders. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up; typically 48 hrs following order confirmation.

In an effort to reduce waste we do not include physical packing slips with your order. Should you require proof of purchase your order and delivery confirmations may serve this purpose.

You may also request an e-copy of your packing slip by emailing support@tawnybeauty.com.

We do not collect import fees or duty taxes at the time of purchase. All fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are under no circumstance eligible for payment or reimbursement by Tawny Beauty.

RETURNS

FAQs related to returns and exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the unlikely event of defect or damage on our part.

All eGift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Click to view our Return Policy.

As we do not accept returns, all sales are final.

Should you require a damaged/defective item exchange and the item is unavailable for immediate replacement you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective on part of Tawny Beauty, please reach out to us immediately within 48 hrs of receipt. We will need photos and an order number to effectively process your claim.

If your package is damaged or defective on part of the courier or other third party, we will assist you, but may be limited in what we can do to rectify the issue.
