RETURNS. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.
EXCHANGES. At this time, we can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on part of Tawny Beauty.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or defective on our part, please reach out to us immediately within 72 hrs. of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to effectively process your claim we will need photos and your order #. Once approved, you will be issued a shipping label to return the damaged good(s). Your sku identical replacement will be shipped within 1-3 business days following receipt of the damaged merchandise.
Do not attempt to return an order for damage/defect prior to reaching out to us for return confirmation. Doing so does not automatically guarantee return approval and we will be unable to reimburse any out-of-pocket shipping expenses.
REFUNDS. As we do not offer returns, all Tawny Beauty orders are final sale. Should you require a defective/damaged goods exchange and the item is unavailable for immediate replacement we will issue you a refund via TB eGift card.
SHIPPING FEES. We do not reimburse shipping fees for any reason, including but not limited to: refused order, failure to respond to customs fees/regulations, defective returns, etc.
RETURNED TO SENDER. Orders returned to us due to an error on our part will be reshipped within 1-3 business days following receipt, at no additional cost.
If an order is returned to us due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The order will be reshipped within 1-3 business days following payment. Be sure to enter the complete mailing address at checkout, i.e. apt/suite #, company name, etc.
Orders returned to us at the customers request, or due to customer error, (when customer fails to respond to return shipping fee), are treated and handled as refused orders.
REFUSED ORDERS. If your order is returned to us as customer refused delivery and the order is intact, unopened - in its original packaging; you will receive a refund in the amount of 90% of the order total. In this case, you incur an automatic 10% restocking fee.
If your order is returned to us without the original packaging or if the packaging has been opened/tampered with, you will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of your order total. In this case, you incur an automatic 50% restocking fee.
Any rewards points earned on refused orders that receive a partial refund, (90% or 50% dependent on the conditions above), are automatically forfeited by the customer.
Any portion of the refused order received as part of an active product subscription will be refunded based on the full product price.
An item originally priced at $10 is 20% off, $8, when purchased as a bi-weekly subscription. A 10% restocking fee, $1, will be subtracted from the purchase price of $8, for a refund of $7 plus applicable tax. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
