Placing An Order
FAQs when placing an order
Orders are typically processed and shipped out 1-3 business days following purchase. Please allow an additional 24-48 hrs following shipment for the tracking number to begin showing tracking updates.
There is a 6 hour grace period from the time of purchase to change or cancel all orders. To make updates to an order, simply cancel the initial order within the timeframe and re-purchase. After this grace period has lapsed, all orders are final and the standard return policy will go into effect.
All items listed as 'Pre-Order' will have an estimated ship date in the description. Note that this is an estimated date and can be impacted by factors beyond our control. Please allow up to 3 business days following this date for an order update.
Note: Pre-Order items become final sale after the 6-hour order modification period has expired. No adjustments including order cancellation can be made after this time.
We undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure that your order is complete, packed properly and released to the courier intact for delivery. In the event that a part of your order is missing, follow the steps below:
1. Verify that the package has not been opened or tampered with.
2. If it has, contact the courier immediately.
3. Verify that the item(s) were purchased by checking your order confirmation email. Also verify that there was no additional information sent pertaining to the delivery of said missing item(s).
4. If you've reached this step, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
FAQs about acceptable payment methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ApplePay, PayPal and buy now, pay later alternatives AfterPay and Klarna.
AfterPay and Klarna are third-party companies that we have partnered with to offer our customers buy now, pay later alternatives. If eligible, you will be able to split your order of $35+ into 4 bi-weekly, interest free installments. Payments are equal with the first or last payment reflecting the cent difference, if any.
Note: Pre-order, eGift cards, and product subscriptions cannot be purchased using either of these methods. Must be 18+ years of age to qualify. AfterPay availabe to US residents only. Visit AfterPay.com/how-it-works and Klarna.com/us to learn more.
If you are interested in learning the reason(s) behind your denial you will need to reach out to the respective company directly.
We offer eGift cards in 6 amounts ranging from 15 to 100 USD. Gift cards expire 5 years after issuance or 365 days after inactivity, whichever occurs first. All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Note: You cannot purchase eGift cards using AfterPay or Klarna.
FAQs on placing subscription orders
We offer auto-renewable bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions on a curated selection of products. Bi-weekly subscribers enjoy 35% off the full product price, while monthly subscribers receive 20% off.
To get started, simply visit the product page to see if subscriptions are available for that particular product. Select the desired delivery/billing frequency and proceed to checkout as usual.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ApplePay, and PayPal for subscription orders. You may not use AfterPay, Klarna or TB eGift cards on orders containing a subscription.
Subscription orders are subject to the same delivery times as regular, one-time purchases. In other words, when you initiate your subscription, your order is processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days following purchase.
Subsequent orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hrs of your subscription payment being processed.
After your order has shipped, please allow an additional 24-48 hrs for your tracking number to begin showing tracking updates.
You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management link sent in your order confirmation.
The last day to modify your subscription without penalty is 5 days before the next payment date. For example, if your subscription renews on the 15th of each month and you wish to pause, skip or cancel your next delivery - you must opt to do so by 11:59 pm est on the 10th of the month. The same 5-day period also applies to modifications of bi-weekly subscriptions.
Any attempt to pause, skip or cancel your subscription after the last day to do so for your next delivery will not effect that delivery, but the one immediately following it.

Shipping & Order Pick-up
FAQs about shipping, delivery and order pick-up
The cost of shipping is dependent on a variety of factors such as: shipping destination, parcel weight, courier, etc.
For your convenience, we offer multiple shipping options. We also offer free shipping on orders that meet the set minimum total. For more info, click here to view our 'Shipping Policy"
Local pick-up is available in Atlanta, GA only. To have your order fulfilled via local pick-up select 'Pick-up' at checkout. If you do not see this as an option, it is not available for some or all of the items in your cart and you will need to select a shipping option.
Local delivery is available for the cities of McDonough & Atlanta, Georgia only. To learn more about qualifying for local delivery click here.
To track your order you will need the tracking number associated with the purchase.
Note: You cannot track pick-up orders. You will receive an email and/or text when your order is ready for pick-up; typically 48 hrs. after order confirmation.

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include physical packing slips with your order. Should you require proof of purchase, your order delivery confirmation may serve this purpose. You can also request an e-copy of your packing slip by reaching out to us at email@example.com.
We do not collect import fees or duty taxes at the time of purchase. All fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are under no circumstance eligible for payment or reimbursement by Tawny Beauty.
Returns & Exchanges
FAQs about the return, refund and exchange policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the unlikely event of defect or damage on our part. All eGift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Click here to view our 'Return Policy.'
As we do not accept returns, all sales are final. Should you qualify for a damaged/defective item exchange and the item is not available for immediate replacement you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective on part of Tawny Beauty, please reach out to us immediately within 48 hrs. of receipt. We will need photos and an order number to effectively process your damaged/defective item(s) exchange request.
If your package is damaged or defective on part of the courier or other third party, we will assist you, but may be limited in what we can do to rectify the issue. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
