Return Policy

RETURNS. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES. At this time, we can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on part of Tawny Beauty. 

DEFECTIVE RETURNS. In the unlikely event an order arrives damaged or defective on our part, please reach out to us immediately within 48 hrs. of receipt at support@tawnybeauty.com. 

Be sure to include: order number - beginning with 'TB #,' evidence of the damage, and your order email. Once verified, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the defective goods. We will ship out an identical replacement, if in stock, within 2-5 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

Do not attempt to return damaged or defective goods prior to receiving return verification. Doing so will not automatically guarantee return approval and only delays the process. You will also forfeit pre-paid return shipping and will not be entitled to compensation or reimbursement of any kind whether the return is approved or not. See refunds for more.

REFUNDS. As we do not offer returns, all Tawny Beauty orders are final sale. Should you need to return an item for damage or defect and the item is unavailable for immediate replacement, you will be refunded via TB eGift card.

SHIPPING FEES. This fee is charged directly by and paid to the courier for the provided service of shipping your order to you. We are therefore unable to reimburse shipping fees for any reason, including but not limited to: refused order, failure to respond to customs, damaged/defective goods, etc. 

RETURNED TO SENDER. Orders returned to us due to an error on our part will be reshipped within 1-3 business days following receipt, at no additional cost.

Orders returned to us due to customer error will incur a return shipping fee. The order will be reshipped within 1-3 business days following payment. Be sure to enter a complete mailing address at checkout, i.e. apt/suite, company name, etc. 

Orders returned to us at the customers request, or due to customer error (when customer fails to remit reshipping fee), are treated and handled as refused orders.

REFUSED ORDERS. If your order is returned to us as refused delivery and it is intact, unopened, and in its original packaging; you will receive a full refund, less an automatic 10% restocking fee.

If your order is returned to us opened, tampered with, or without its original packaging; you will be refunded 50% of the order total and assessed an automatic 50% restocking fee. 

Any offers, discounts, or rewards points earned on refused orders are automatically forfeited. Shipping fees are 100% non-refundable. 

Subscriptions:
Any portion of the refused order purchased as a subscription will be assessed a restocking fee based on the full product price and refunded the remainder paid.
